To add someone to your Contacts list in Webmail, click on Contacts from the top of the page.

Click on Add Contact.

You can add in as much or as little information as you like, but an Email Address is needed to be able to use the contact to send email to. Click Save And Close once completed.

Delete Contacts

To delete contacts, check the box (or boxes) next to the contacts you need to delete, and click the Delete Contact button.

Import Contacts

Contacts cans be imported from or exported to other email programs such as Outlook. Webmail will import or export address books that are in a .csv format. To import a contact list or address book, click on the Import Contacts button.

Click the Browse button.

Select the file and then click the Open button.

Then click the Import button.

The contacts will then be imported into Webmail.

Export Contacts

To export your contacts select Export Contacts.

You will be prompted to save or open the file. You will want to save the file (and make a note of where you save the file to), and it will then be ready to import into another email program, or just store for backup purposes.

A CSV file is a format used to store tabular data in which numbers and text are stored in plain textual form that can be read in a text editor.

Most email clients can import and export CSV files for their contacts or address books. CSV stands for comma-separated values.
