Advanced Mail filters can be adjusted if needed. The level of the filters can be adjusted, trusted senders and blocked senders can be added, and email can be filtered based on language as well. To ensure that no email is missed due to the email filters, a quarantine report can be enabled to give you a list of emails that have been quarantined or filtered out.

Settings can be changed by clicking on Settings. Spam settings are all under Email Filtering.

Quarantine Reports

Quarantine Reports can be set up to send out an email notifying you of any emails that have been placed into the Quarantine folder. The reports are particularly useful to those using another email client (such as Outlook) to view email that has been filtered as it prevents the need to have to log into webmail to check for messages in the Quarantine folder. Emails that have been quarantined can also be directly released from the email report, rather than having to log into webmail to do so.

Reports can be sent out as often as needed, such as one a week, or once every three hours. It can also be customized to show all quarantined items each time or only email that has been quarantined since the last report.

DID YOU KNOW?

You shouldn't add your own email address to your Trusted Senders list. Anything sent correctly through our email servers is automatically trusted.

Spammers will often send an email that uses your own email address in the FROM field. If your own email address is in your Trusted Senders list, it will allow these spam messages to get through to your Inbox.
