Account settings can be changed by clicking on Settings. You can adjust your spam filtering settings, change your password, add a signature or many other options.

Options will allow you to type in your name, change your password, set up forwarding, change the number of messages displayed per page and set up an email signature.

To set a new password, first type in your existing password in the Old Password field. Below that type in a new password in both the New Password and the New Password (confirm) fields. The strength indicator will show how strong the password is.

To forward email to another mailbox, type the forwarding email address into the Forward mail to field. If you do NOT want it to keep a copy in this mailbox, then check the box that says Do not leave a copy of a forwarded message in this mailbox.

Webmail Options

The number of messages displayed per page and the number of contacts displayed per page can be set. The highest number that can be used is 99. For an email signature type what you would like in the Signature field. Any changes made will be need to be saved by clicking the Save button at the top.

Auto-Reply

An Auto-Reply can be setup by clicking on Auto-Reply from under Settings. Check the Enable Auto-Reply box to turn on the auto-reply. Select any other replying options you wish to use, add in any email addresses you don't wish the auto-reply to send to, add in your email address in the Reply sent from field and then type in your message.

External Accounts

Webmail can also be configured to download email from other email addresses. To do so, click on External Accounts. Select a name for the account, then type in the incoming mail server for that email address and finally type in the username and password for the mailbox.
